From full body HIIT to small group personal training we have a range of classes to choose from based on your membership plan.
FULL BODY HIIT
Achieve more for your time! High interval interval training is scientifically proven to increase your metabolism for hours after you exercise as well as burn fat and boost your cardiovascular fitness.
STRENGTH
We use hypertrophy methods of strength training to build lean muscle and increase overall strength over time. Correct technique and tempo is our focus and a key element to preventing injuries. Every 12 weeks we change the program to keep your body progressing.
KICKBOXING/BOXFIT
A fun way to release stress and increase endorphins! Learn Muay Thai and boxing combinations and improve your core strength as well as your cardiovascular health.
LOW IMPACT
We include a low impact class every week that anyone can do! Providing a range of exercises we use bands, light weights, body weight, and balance balls to keep the body moving without the jarring of the joints.
We believe mobility and stretching is a huge key to recovery.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Up to 6 people on our Elite Membership can attend our PT sessions. These classes compliment our group classes and many choose to double up to get the most out of their program.
If you have previous injuries, are a beginner learning how to perfect your technique or have specific strength goals - our Elite Membership is for YOU.
